Marown Parish Church has received £50,000 towards a new heating system and an upgraded electricity supply.
The church's heating system is more than 70 years old and can no longer be used because of the risk of leaks.
The funding has been awarded through the Manx Lottery Trust's Community Awards Programme.
The church says having reliable heating is essential to its ability to provide hospitality and support for the local community.
