A charity offering hyperbaric oxygen therapy has rejected the offer of financial support from the Department of Health and Social Care.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Isle of Man was offered £90,000 from the DHSC to treat divers for decompression illness.
The organisation says it would not be possible to provide the contracted 24 hour care for diving casualties for the amount the department offered.
It adds, it wants to work with the DHSC to review their initial decision.
