The Chief Minister has made a statement this morning addressing social media speculation that he'd been charged with drink driving over the weekend.
He has referred to the coverage as ill-founded speculative stories.
He confirmed that on Friday evening an allegation had been made that he was over the legal limit.
The police came to his home to carry out a breathalyser test which he passed, and the police confirmed no offence had been committed.
