Chief keen to allay developers' tax fears

There is "genuine concern" amongst the construction industry and potential developers on the Island.

That's according to the Chief Minister who says he's worried about a decision to increase land and property tax to 20 per cent. 
 
The announcement was made in last month's Budget, and has sparked concern about whether developers will be stifled by the new restrictions.
