Tributes have been paid to a number of police officers who have gone the extra mile.
The annual Chief Constable’s Awards Ceremony was held yesterday in the presence of Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood.
It saw officers, special constables and support staff honoured for their long service, achievements and outstanding performances.
A number of constables also received commendations for assisting in saving people’s lives.
