The Isle of Man Ambulance Service is backing a scheme which helps people prepare for the worst during TT.
It says with the festival fast approaching, people should consider using the Lions Club Crash Card scheme.
Set up for bikers, it sees people filling out cards with medical information which could prove vital if they have an accident.
The cards will be available from the Roads Policing Unit or ambulances over the TT fortnight.
