A Douglas woman has appeared in court this morning accused of possessing more than £11,000 of cannabis.
36-year-old Melanie Freeland has been charged with five offences, including two of possession and one with intent to supply, money laundering and child neglect.
Police attended her home on Hillside Avenue yesterday where they allegedly found the Class B substance.
No pleas were entered and she has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until her next court appearance on July 26th.
