Campaigners who want to change the Island's abortion laws say they're delighted a set of proposals will now be considered by parliament.
Earlier this week the House of Keys voted to give Ramsey MHK Alex Allinson permission to bring a Private Member's Bill on the topic forward.
The aim is to update laws which currently mean women have to go off-Island for terminations.
Samantha Heard is from CALM - the Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation - she says there's still some work to do but the first hurdle has been cleared:
Politician to query government income from medical cannabis
Police appeal over prom incident
Christian to defend seat
Police ask people to avoid Mountain Road after supercar crash
Over £2.7k raised by firefighters' 'Station To Summit' challenge
Onchan post office to stop trading
