The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs says that there hadn't been any reports of crashes caused by car headlights.
Jane Poole-Wilson MHK was quizzed about the topic by Arbory Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse in the House of Keys this week.
He wanted to know how many traffic related incidents last year were in some way caused by the brightness of LED vehicle headlight.
Mrs Poole-Wilson said that data showed there were zero incidents that resulted in injury but noted that it was hard to gather other information:
