A new 'Bird Friendly Hedge' has been planted along the perimeter of the Mountain View Innovation Centre.
The 100m hedge features 300 individual plants, specifically chosen for their value to birds, insects and other small animals.
Planted by The AFD Group, it will also provide a great environment for honeybees.
Andy Webb, Properties Team Member, says the foliage will also give sanctuary for nesting birds and produce berries and seeds.
