The average waiting time for urgent endoscopy tests is two and a half months, and within two weeks for suspected cancers.
Those figures were given by Health Minister Claire Christian in the House of Keys this week.
She faced questions from Arbory Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse, who wanted to know what was being done to reduce waiting times.
The Minister said a second endoscopy nurse is being trained, and talked about other measures being taken:
Weather cancels two ferries today
Douglas Harbour bridge to temporarily close overnight
New weekly lunch club to combat loneliness
New laws to regulate gas suppliers to be debated
MHK wants update on solar panels for public buildings
Council to cut down 39 dangerous trees
Government allocating nearly £1m to AI initiative
