The average sale price of a house on the Island was £333,413 in November.
That's according to the Manx Property Prices website, and is a slight drop from over £339,600 the previous month.
There were 180 properties sold at a total amount of over £60m.
The stats are based on houses between the value of £100,000 - £1m.
