Allegations about the falsification of documents within Health and Social Care have forced government to take notice:

Minister Howard Quayle says he fully intends to investigate the cases.
Arrangements have been made by his department to meet with Mr Karran who has his own ideas on how to proceed:
No gas price hike after regulator review
Cafe hits back after staff abused
Online appointments being considered by sexual health clinic
Treasury can’t say how much is made from medicinal cannabis
Road closures planned for tin baths this weekend
