Manx Care says audiology clinics at Noble's Hospital - which were suspended because of overcrowding last month - will resume next week.
In December, the organisation said the drop-in clinics were overwhelmed and would become appointment-only.
However, the drop-in sessions for registered hearing aid users will now get underway each Monday and Wednesday from 1.30pm until 3.30pm.
The service will start again from Monday, January 19.
