Manx Utilities is warning a large part of Saddlestone will have low pressure and discoloured water for a few hours next week.
It's due to a new water mains being put in on Wednesday, October 22.
Works will take place from 11pm and go on for up to five hours.
The company says properties where supply will be temporarily shut off have been notified by letters.
