An outdoor education centre is closing down because of legal problems with government.
Ardwhallan Education Centre in West Baldwin says it will cease trading on April 28 after what it calls difficult changes over the past 2 years.
The centre and its equipment is to be mothballed while the charity considers its future.
Paul Melling from the centre says he's resigned for personal reasons and will be launching a new outdoors company soon.
