Logainair staff working from Ronaldsway airport have won an inflation-busting pay rise.
The Unite union says it's won an 18-month agreement with the company for an average increase of 23 per cent to basic pay.
It'll affect a total of 120 Loganair cabin crew working across the UK and Ireland as well as the Isle of Man.
The airline operates routes from Ronaldsway to Birmingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London City, Heathrow and Manchester.
