Ainsley Harriott praises local fayre after visit

Celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott has praised the range of locally produced food and drink available on the Isle of Man.

The Ready Steady Cook host visited this weekend attending for a star turn at the Food and Drink Festival.

As well as hosting a number of live cookery demonstrations rustling up a number of Caribbean and Manx themed dishes, he also hosted a charity event in aid of the Hospice.

Speaking to us he said he was inspired to visit after hearing good reports from his celebrity friends:
