3FM is taking part in a special event to raise awareness of mental health issues today.
The Mental Health Minute sees hundreds of UK radio stations broadcast a minute-long message at 10.59am today.
It features Prince William, Katy Perry, Stephen Fry, Jameela Jamil and Alesha Dixon and will promote the value of listening to others.
It's led by Heads Together, spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
