The Island's capital has 36 dilapidated buildings on a council blacklist.
At the last meeting of Douglas Council's environmental services committee, members heard four buildings had been removed from the list.
But another three had been added because of their poor condition.
The meeting heard the 36 buildings represented less than a quarter of one per cent of the total properties in Douglas.
