Fragile, but steadily growing - that's what the 2015 housing market looked like according to a local estate agent.
House sales are up from 2014, which in turn are up from 2013, and the rentals market is also seeing a slower but steady increase.
Prices are more competitive and there is also more stock on the market than in the previous year.
