3FM gets its biggest ever radio listening figures.
It’s official. More people are tuning into 3FM than ever before, that’s 1 in 3 of the Isle of Man every week!
The latest industry listening figures confirm that 3FM extends its lead over the competiton and remains the number one station for 15-54 year olds and is still the fastest growing radio station on the Isle of Man. In the last 12 months 7,900 more people have made the switch to 3FM bringing the weekly total adult listeners to 22,400! and 27,500 overall! More Manx people can now wake up with Kevin Ford on the 3FM breakfast show and go home with Jason Quinn in the afternoons. Official data released today by RAJAR, the joint BBC and commercial radio industry research, has yet again proved that 3FM has more listeners than ever before. Max Hailey, 3FM’s Managing Director said 'It’s just another amazing result. 3FM continues to be the number one radio station choice for 15-54 year olds and we’ve got yet more Manx radio listeners making the switch to 3FM. Reaching the 1 in 3 mark in under five years of being on air is the best early Christmas present we could ever wish for'.
