A weather warning for minor coastal overtopping will come into force later today.
The yellow warning will be in place from 9.30am this morning until 12pm this afternoon.
Fresh to strong east to south easterly winds are expected this morning - risking overtopping and debris.
Forecasters say parts of Ramsey, Laxey and Douglas promenades will be areas affected.
