A Douglas woman will be sentenced in September after admitting assaulting a police officer.
38-year-old Alison Beckley, of Waverley Terrace, struck the officer in the arm on April 18th.
He’d been called to her address just after 10pm after reports that she was naked and in the road.
At Douglas Courthouse on Thursday Beckley pleaded guilty to the offence - the court heard she’d also shouted and sworn at the officer before throwing the punch.
A social enquiry report has been requested before she’s sentenced on September 6th - she’s been bailed until that date.
