Manx Care has banned visitors from two wards at Noble's Hospital after an outbreak of the winter vomiting virus.
It says after an increase in norovirus it's had to close Wards 6 and 8 until further notice.
It's apologised for the inconvenience, and says patients' relatives can contact the ward during visiting hours for updates about their loved ones.
The organisation is asking people to follow advice from Public Health about norovirus.
