The Villa Marina's asking for people to get in touch if they bought ticket for one of the UK's best-known comedians but can no longer go.
Peter Kay is due to perform at the venue in Douglas on Friday, February 20 and Saturday, February 21.
But it says there's a waiting list of fans and is asking ticket returns to be processed by the theatre - saying it can issue refunds and allocate the seats to those who've registered their interest.
