The Villa Marina says it's seen Peter Kay tickets being resold at inflated prices - but can't stop the touts.
Earlier today it emerged tickets were being sold online for up to 10 times their face value after 28.000 people joined an online queue for 2,700 tickets over two nights.
On Facebook, the Douglas venue says it's disappointing to see, but says it's a huge challenge enforcing terms and condition.
It's urging people to return unwanted tickets which can be resold at face value.
