Ramsey lifeboat was called out to help a yacht in trouble earlier this week.
On Tuesday just after 6.30pm volunteers responded to reports of a small vessel with engine problems.
The seven-metre yacht had one person on board about half a mile east of Ramsey lifeboat station.
The water pump on the yacht was fixed and crews stood down at 8.45pm.
