A popular coffee shop in Douglas says it'll close its doors this weekend.
Gaia - a vegetarian and vegan outlet on Lord Street - says the business has been on the market for some time.
But after its owners couldn't reach agreement with a buyer, the shop will shut for the last time this Saturday, November 8.
In a post on Facebook, the business thanked customers who've supported it.
