Unemployment on the Island has fallen for the fifth month in a row.
There are 1028 people out of work giving a rate of 2.3 per cent.
During August 210 people signed on and 237 people signed off giving a fall of 27.
Of the total number of people not working 704 are men and 324 are women.
The Job Centre advertised 654 positions last month.
