A request by the Island's health department for £4 million to cover its overspend has been approved by Tynwald.
It comes following Health Minister David Ashford asking the Treasury for funds to cover the excess expenditure.
It's being blamed to increased costs at Noble's Hospital.
Although the money was approved, numerous members criticised both managemenet and leadership of the health department.
