Two up for MLC seat election

Two men have been nominated to fill the vacant legislative council seat in the upcoming election.

Prominent banker Tony Wild is one of the two, he's described by his endorser as an accomplished business negotiator with valuable connections with the financial industry in the UK. He currently works for Standard Bank.

Brian Rae is the second of the two, he's spent 40 years in the civil service and 25 years as a member of the Arbory Parish Commissioners.

The new member will be elected on 12th December.
