Scrapped TT World Series plans have now been made public.
The Department of Economic Development has published The Sports Consultancy's 84-page document on the internet.
The feasibility study - which looked at expanding the two week motorsport festival around the world was conducted in 2012 - however plans to do that were scrapped last year.
