The first section to close will be the section of Mountain Road from Barrule Park to the bungalow at 9.45am, with the rest of the mountain closing at 10am.
Other roads around the course will shut at 10.30am.
Today's racing schedule includes the TT Zero, Senior TT and sidecar race 2.
