A Douglas man will stand trial after denying using a dangerous and unroadworthy vehicle.
28-year-old Daniel Sydney Andrews, of Cushag Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday where he entered not guilty pleas to four offences.
He's been accused of driving the vehicle with three defective tyres, having no tax, not displaying R plates and failing to change the ownership.
The offences were allegedly committed in Castletown on February 1st.
A pre-trial review will take place on October 25th - he'll next appear in court on that date.
