The Department for Enterprise will be in court next month - as it applies for licences for TT.
It will appear before the licensing court applying for three separate permissions.
The department wants an occasional music licence for the TT stunt area in Noble's Park from 9am to 10pm each day between Saturday June 2 and Saturday, June 9.
It will also ask for an alcohol license for the festival's VIP area and a separate music license for the TT Grandstand.
