The future of one of the most historic buildings in Douglas will be decided by the planning committee next week.
Philip Vermeulen has applied for planning permission to change the use of the Nunnery on the Old Castletown Road to include shops, offices, childcare facilities and cafes.
In his application, he says the proposals will safeguard its future after the Island's college pulled out of the campus there.
The planning committee is due to consider the application when it sits from 10am on Monday, June 22.
