Three people will battle it out for a seat on the Legislative Council after nominations closed this week.
The vacancy was left after Tony Wild stepped down because of health reasons.
Jane Poole-Wilson, Paul Beckett, and Alan Wright will now compete to take the seat under new election rules agreed by Tynwald earlier this month.
The House of Keys will sit at 2.30pm on Thursday, May 18 to vote.
