The Mountain Road is due to shut later this morning, as the Department of Infrastructure carries out work.
DOI workers are due to lift temporary speed limits on the approaches to the Mountain after the end of Manx Grand Prix.
The route is due to close from 9.30am this morning until midday between Ramsey and the Creg Ny Baa.
There are more closures planned next week as racing equipment is removed.
