The Tholt Y Will Road has been closed today for urgent drainage works.
The Department of Infrastructure says the route is expected to re-open by 3:30pm at the latest.
The works are being done in the are of the S bends between the Sulby Reservoir entrance and the former Tholt Y Will pub.
Access to Victory Café will be available as normal from the Mountain Road.
