Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after thieves targeted a man with dementia this week.
The elderly man, who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease, was approached by two men as he crossed the road towards Duke Street in Douglas behind Marks and Spencer at 10am on Monday.
The duo asked him for money, which he handed over - the Central Neighbourhood Policing Team is asking anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
