Thousands of pounds worth of antique coins have been stolen from a property in Ballasalla.
Police say the 60 coins were taken sometime between May and July this year – but have only just released details of the theft.
The majority of the coins are gold half and full sovereigns which were minted in the late 19th century and early 20th century.
A 1921 silver US dollar and two silver 3D pieces from the same era were also stolen.
Police are asking anyone who has been approached to buy such a collection to come forward.
Anyone with information should contact Port Erin Police Station.
