It's a big week for the Manx Government, the Chief Ministers Government reshuffle will be put to Tynwald this week.
If approved it would be the biggest shake up in more then 20 years. Tony Brown announced proposals for seven new departments, merging together many existing one's so they fall under the same umbrella.
And Tuesday is the annual Budget, with this year expected to be tougher then usual.
That's due to the UK ending the VAT sharing agreement with the Island, meaning the Isle of Man loses out on tens of millions of pounds each year.
