A Douglas company's applied for planning permission to transform a former soft play facility in Ballasalla.
Bubble Limited says it wants to convert the former bank building on Station Road into back into offices.
In its application, it says the premises had been used as a play facility for children, but has lain unused since 2023.
And it says the building already has plenty of parking outside it.
