Work is already underway to find a new company to operate the Isle of Man's Homestay scheme.
That's according to the Department of Economic Development which says a tender process is due to run this summer.
It follows the news that Regency Travel is closing - the company was the official partner for travel and accommodation during the TT and Festival of Motorcycling.
Regency - which hasn't revealed why it's shutting down - says all existing bookings for this year are unaffected.
