The child, who can't be named for legal reasons, is accused of stealing a car, drink-driving with no licence or insurance, failing to stop after a crash and failing to report it on April 22.
19 year old Matthew Darius Brown of Carmane Close in Peel admitted taking a vehicle without consent in the same incident when he appeared before magistrates this week.
Brown was bailed while reports are prepared - he'll be sentenced on June 19.
