The company behind a Douglas bar will be in court in June.
Island archdeacon Irene Cowell and church officers from St George's Church in Douglas are suing Bar George Limited and Damien Hawley over alleged unpaid debts.
Bar George, which rented its premises from the church, shut last March and was evicted three months later.
Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith is due to hear the case at Douglas Courthouse on Wednesday, June 10.
