The Department of Infrastructure says it can't give a list of MHKs who've had parking fines cancelled.
A Freedom of Information request asked for the number of politicians who'd had fixed penalty notices cancelled.
In its response, the DOI said it would have to compile a list of all MHKs, current and historical, match them to issued tickets and identify which had been cancelled.
It says that amounts to substantial collation, research and analysis which means the information is exempt under FOI laws.
