Tax strategy in need of 'modernisation'

The new strategy for drumming up tax needs to be equipped for the 20th Century:

That's Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas who's questioning the Chief Minister and the Treasury Minister on how government plans to modernise the system.

It's being suggested planning for it isn't singularly about 'competing' in an offshore market but readdressing how the rates are set.

He wants to know how it's current workings will be investigated, what evidence will be collated, and who it will involve:
