Tarmac laying is taking place in the grounds of Noble's Hospital next week.
Manx Care says the work is due to take place between 8am-4:30pm on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 April.
The work is to repair two sections of the road in between the main hospital car park and the Ballafletcher car park.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place throughout, and bus routes will not be affected.
